Well that didn’t take long…

Falling back into old habits is so easy.

I ended up not updating my bullet journal on weekends, then went from Jan 24-29 without writing a note.

I have to do better.  The purpose of the journal is to help me understand how I am using/not using my time; it also allows me to capture thoughts that would otherwise be forgotten.

I’ve already prepped the daily habit tracker for February.  Here’s hoping for a better month of journal writing.
