For the first time in forever, it was a snowy, windy, and slow commute to work.  While this might night sound like a reason to celebrate, this is fantastic, considering that I live in Michigan and it was 58 degrees F on Christmas Day.

Hopefully the cold weather will remain through to spring.  Breaks in the cold snap causes havoc with plants – particularly the fruit trees, who happily bud, bloom, and then lose all blossoms when a sudden frost arrives.
