Does obsessing over my activity tracker count as an activity?
Let me explain. I seem to spend an inordinate amount of time trying very hard to customize my new tracker. I’ve downloaded watch faces. I’ve downloaded applications. I’ve downloaded widgets. I’ve uninstalled some of the above to download and install a NEW watch face, this time with zombies and animations. Because zombies.
So does it?
I’ll answer that question: yes, yes it does. Because the anxiety caused by trying to decide which app to download or realizing that my step count is too low causes a corresponding change in heart rate (and my device tells me so.)
